Joseph Mutweleli

Head of Public and Private Partnerships

Joseph Mutweleli is the Head of Public and Private Partnerships at Jacaranda Health where he provides strategy for the organization partnerships with government and private sector partners. In this role he leads engagement with national MOH and positioning Jacaranda Health solutions as national standards of care for improvement and sustainable coverage of maternal healthcare services. He has over 10 years’ experience in the field of Maternal and Reproductive Health and has over the years with experience in RMNH programs, Public and Private Partnerships (PPPs), government and stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Jacaranda health, Joseph was working for International Center for Reproductive Health Kenya as the County Liaison Manager. In this role he led national and county stakeholder engagement. His role entailed engaging multiple stakeholders on the use of data to inform policies and programs. Other roles have been with Population Services Kenya (PS Kenya) where he led the implementation of RMNH programs implemented in several counties in Kenya.
